Acid rain is a major problem for animals, plants, buildings, and also the top glass of photovoltaic (PV) solar panels greenhouses. Air pollutants such as NOx, NH3, H2S can mix with water in atmosphere to form acid rain. It was discovered that atmospheric vapor adsorbed on surface lead corrosion surface. The purpose this work obtain protective film glasses used different domains cells, windows, stained windows from historical etc. Thin deposited must be against rain, transparent visible domain band gap up 3.2 eV, have vitreous structure (glass). Electron beam (e-gun) technology deposition technique producing high-purity dense coatings short time. well known Ta2O5 an oxide anticorrosive properties, but it expensive cannot by itself.
